What does your organization do?
Our organization provides character building programs for youth ages 4 thru young adults (we have been known to WOW the adults as well!) which assist youth in building positive social skills, as well as compassion, to help them through life. We provide youth these opportunities through service projects, etiquette training of all kinds and special events and camps.
What kind of training does the organization have?
Many of our staff are certified classroom teachers or have Master's in relevant fields. We have several staff, including our Director, who are trained facilitators in the Growing Leaders, "Habitudes" curriculum. We've developed and written our own Kindness Counts, 4-Unit curriculum which meet many state standards for in-school use. We collaborate with trained facilitators in "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" and we partner with many organization who also support our educational criteria, such as the Nebraska Extension Service. Ms. Budz is a certified etiquette facilitator through Etiquette Lessons of Florida. She is currently working on furthering her international etiquette training through Civility Experts of Canada.
How can I get involved?
We’re always on the lookout for individuals like you wanting to get involved. A passion for youth and role modeling is crucial. Background checks are required on all employees and volunteers.
If I were to donate funds, how is my money used?
We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization.
